It has been the official publication under the guidance of the Provincial CPC and the Peoples Government of Shandong Province with the name of Dazhong Daily (rural edition). It is the member unit of China’s newspaper of farmers. Ever since its publication, Dazhong Daily (rural edition) has always taken the service to the agriculture, rural areas and peasants as their mission, brought the function of rural propaganda directing the rural work of the province into full play, which have been named by the farmers of the province as the policy manual, richness orientation, work-book of science and technology and friends in life. It has been awarded the titles of excellent media on the issues of three rural, brand contribution awards, the top ten most influenced industrial media. It has been the top ten papers in Shandong province, famous brand in Shandong province and one of the two papers in Shandong that is registered in UNESCO.
